Our trade counter and warehouse will experience a network outage on Tuesday 27th August 2024 from 8AM to 4PM, this is to facilitate essential work by Openreach in order to rectify a fault causing repeated network outages to the business.

This work is planned from 8AM until 4PM, but we hope to have services back online before this.

During this time there will be no access to the internet, which includes all systems needed to lookup parts, stock, prices etc, and our phones (which run off the internet) will also be offline. Customers calling our trade counter will be given instruction to send orders to us via whatsapp or email, or you can make use of our voicemail facility if you prefer. Whatsapp messages, emails and voicemails will still be received, and replied to, this just may take us slightly longer than usual.

We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause, however this work is essential to prevent further issues going forward.

We will post a further update during the day when we know more or expect to see work completed.
